It's June so Mental Health Awareness Month is technically over, but I wanted to share an essay that I wrote for the Pandemic Diaries, a project by UC Berkeley's Art of Writing Program.
The effects of trauma can re-emerge at any time in surprising ways. Living and working through a pandemic brought me back to some of my old haunts. Thanks for reading and make sure you join the fight to end the stigma of mental illness.
